Toogeza in Ukraine recruits for tech startups and connects with Zibra AI for a strategic Founder’s Associate role. You will work directly with the founders and executive team, orchestrating projects linked to fundraising, partnerships, key hires, and flagship customers.

You’ll synthesize markets and competitors, prepare investor decks, and maintain accountability across senior stakeholders. This is a high-leverage, hands-on position in a fast-growing tech environment.

Qualifications

• Extremely proactive and ownership-driven approach to work.
• Excellent ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders and workstreams.
• Strong analytical writing with clear, structured outputs.
• Good judgement and discretion handling confidential information.

Responsabilités

• Drive strategic projects to completion for founders' initiatives.
• Research and synthesize markets, competitors, customers, and data.
• Prepare and polish investor decks, partner proposals, and board updates.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and track commitments and follow-ups.
• Adapt priorities as the company scales and leverage opportunities weekly.
