Base360.ai is seeking a Founder in Residence to identify a major opportunity in the short-term rental industry and to build a new product vertical within the company. You will assemble the right team, validate the market, and grow it into a standalone business with significant revenue and impact.

You will act like the founder of a startup, backed by funding, engineering, AI infrastructure, customers, and executive support, with the potential to lead the venture long-term as GM.

• Identify high-potential opportunities in short-term rental that can become new products or verticals.
• Validate customer problems through research and conversations with property managers and rental operators.
• Define product vision, strategy, and go-to-market plan.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, design and AI teams to build and launch quickly.
• Recruit and lead a multidisciplinary team as the venture grows.
• Own growth, product adoption, customer success, and financial performance.
• Make data-driven decisions and iterate based on feedback.
• Present progress to founders and executive team.
• Build a business that could become its own division or independent company.
