Job summary

Base360.ai is building the AI operating system for the short-term rental industry. As a Founder in Residence you won't join a department—you'll build one.

Your mission is to identify a major opportunity, create a new product vertical within Base360.ai, assemble the team, validate the market, and grow it into a standalone business with revenue and impact. You'll lead cross-functional efforts with engineering, product, design and AI teams, recruit and guide a multidisciplinary venture, and own

• Ability to validate customer problems through research and conversations with operators.
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams.
