Base360.ai is seeking a Founder in Residence to identify opportunities in the short-term rental industry, build a new product vertical, assemble a team, validate the market, and grow it into a stand-alone business with revenue and impact.

You will work with founders, engineers, designers and AI teams to launch quickly, recruit a multidisciplinary team, and drive growth, adoption and financial performance, potentially leading the venture as a long-term GM.

Qualifications

• Evidence of startup experience or founder mindset is valued but not required.
• Experience in short-term rentals, hospitality or property technology is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Identify high-potential opportunities in short-term rentals to form new products or verticals.
• Validate problems with property managers and rental operators.
• Define product vision, strategy, and go-to-market plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, design and AI teams to build and launch.
• Assemble and lead a cross-functional venture team as it grows.
