Base360.ai seeks a Founder in Residence to build a new product vertical within the short-term rental platform. You’ll identify opportunities, assemble the right team, validate the market and grow it into a standalone business with significant revenue and impact.

Think of it as founding a startup—backed by funding, engineering, AI infrastructure, customers, distribution, and executive support. You may become the long-term leader of your venture.

• Make data-driven decisions and iterate based on feedback.
• Present progress to founders and the executive team.
• Build a venture capable of becoming a standalone company.
