Job summary

Responsibilities
- Define and execute the division strategy in alignment with company and global objectives.
- Develop the division's business plan, marketing plan, and growth roadmap.
- Drive sustainable revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across existing and emerging markets.
- Own sales forecasts, budgets, resource allocation and overall business performance.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of managers, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Build strong relationships with customers, partners and key stakeholders.
- Drive organizational effectiveness, sales excellence and change initiatives.
