Airbus Operations SAS in Toulouse seeks an experienced FTI System Architect to ensure reliable Flight Test Instrumentation architectures for development and certification campaigns across Airbus programs. You will define architectures, translate requirements, and collaborate with engineers, pilots and stakeholders to drive hardware and software instrumentation development.

Qualifications

• Higher Technician degree in Aeronautical or Space Engineering is required.
• Good knowledge and experience in flight test instrumentation.
• Knowledge and experience in metrology.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging operational environment.
• Experience as a flight test resources architect is an asset.
• Strong communication, teamwork, autonomy, rigor, adaptability and flexibility are valued.
• Proficient in French and English at negotiation level.

Responsabilités

• Internalize the knowledge and skills to manage FTI measurement chains within the Flight Test Installation programming.
• Manage measurement chains for multiple programs as the department's Measurement chains Architect/Focal Point.
• Translate pilot/engineer requirements into technical solutions and define architectures for electrical and mechanical design phases.
• Develop and share architectures with stakeholders to drive development of instrumentation hardware and software.
• Support integration activities and report technical risks, proposing recommended alternatives.
