Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking an FTI System Architect to join our Flight Test Instrumentation Architecture department based in Toulouse, France. You will define architectures for the Flight Test Installation, translate test requirements into technical solutions, and support wiring and integration across programs.

This permanent role requires knowledge of flight test instrumentation and metrology, strong teamwork and communication, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge and experience in flight test instrumentation.
• Knowledge and experience in metrology.
• Ability to work in a dynamic operational environment.
• Experience as a flight test resources architect would be an asset.
• Negotiation level in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Internalize the knowledge and skills required to manage the FTI measurement chains.
• Manage measurement chains for all programs and act as the department's focal point.
• Translate requirements from flight test engineers or pilots into technical solutions.
• Define architectures and share with stakeholders to launch design and development.
• Report technical risks and arbitrate on proposed approaches.
• Support wiring diagrams and integration activities.

Higher Technician degree (or equivalent) in Aeronautical or Space Engineering
