Job summary

VHR Global Technical Recruitment is seeking an experienced Technical Follow-Up Manager to lead a team responsible for fleet technical monitoring, defect management, and maintenance follow-up. You will collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, Production, CAMO, and MRO partners to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement of fleet reliability and performance.

Qualifications

Degree in Aeronautical Maintenance or equivalent is required.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Strong organisational and communication skills, with stakeholder management ability.
Fluent French and professional English (minimum B2).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the Technical Follow-Up team.
Maintain and enhance departmental procedures and performance standards.
Coordinate technical activities across Maintenance, Engineering, Production and operations.
Monitor maintenance, reliability, and ERP system usage to improve efficiency.
Establish and report departmental KPIs and oversee corrective actions.
