FedEx Express France, Roissy-en-Brie, seeks a Senior Fleet Maintenance Planning & Engineering Specialist to coordinate the lifecycle and maintenance of GSE across sites, ensuring maximum equipment availability.

You will lead fleet reliability improvements, develop maintenance plans, optimize CMMS data, and drive cross-functional projects applying Lean, Six Sigma, and RCM to improve safety and cost efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience managing large and complex fleets in highly regulated industries.
• Experience with CMMS/EAM systems.
• Proven track record in reliability improvement and failure analysis.
• Experience leading technical or engineering projects.

Aufgaben

• Plan and coordinate GSE life cycle and maintenance across multiple countries to ensure equipment availability.
• Review OEM recommendations and incorporate best practices into maintenance programs.
• Develop maintenance job plans, work packages, and resource requirements.
• Ensure maintenance plans comply with regulations and OEM requirements.
• Lead cross-functional maintenance and engineering projects.
• Support capital investment and asset replacement initiatives.
• Analyze maintenance data and develop KPIs and dashboards.
