Qualifications

  • Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Maintenance, Engineering, or related.
  • Proven leadership or people management experience.
  • Significant experience in aircraft maintenance, continuing airworthiness, reliability, or engineering.
  • Experience within a commercial airline or CAMO organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of EASA Part-M, Part-CAMO, and Part-145 regulations.
  • Excellent understanding of aircraft maintenance programmes and documentation.
  • Fluent in both French and English.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, maintenance, and revision of the Aircraft Maintenance Programme (AMP).
  • Ensure incorporation of OEM requirements, Airworthiness Directives, regulatory changes, and internal procedures.
  • Conduct fleet reliability analysis and identify opportunities to improve operational and economic performance.
  • Lead reliability review meetings and monitor corrective actions.
  • Assess the operational impact of maintenance programme changes.
  • Represent the airline with OEMs, regulatory authorities, and industry working groups.
  • Support fleet introduction and retirement activities.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance programme and reliability specialists.

Maintenance Program & Reliability Manager

Location: Paris, France

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Program & Reliability Manager to lead a specialist team responsible for aircraft maintenance programme development, reliability monitoring, and continuing airworthiness compliance. This role will drive fleet reliability, operational performance, regulatory compliance, and maintenance programme optimisation within a commercial airline/CAMO environment.

  • Excellent understanding of aircraft maintenance programmes and technical documentation.
  • Fluent in both French and English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with TRAX or a similar maintenance ERP system.
  • Experience supporting fleet phase-in and phase-out projects.
