Erickson Senior Living’s Windsor Run is seeking a Fitness Specialist to assess, monitor, and develop individualized fitness programs for residents, promoting mobility, balance and overall wellbeing.

You will perform fitness assessments, prescribe appropriate exercise plans (flexibility, strength and cardiovascular training), educate residents on proper techniques, coordinate Wellness activities, and maintain a clean, safe fitness area while building strong relationships with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year related work experience.
• Current CPR/First Aid certifications.
• Experience in evaluating fitness programs for seniors is a plus.
• Personal Training Experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform fitness assessments which include vital signs.
• Prescribe an appropriate exercise program, including flexibility, strength, and cardiovascular training.
• Educate and evaluate members on proper exercise techniques.
• Assist with coordination and implementation of Wellness programs.
• Maintain a clean and safe fitness area for members.
• Build strong relationships with residents and staff, encouraging them to be physically active.

Location: Windsor Run by Erickson Senior Living

Join our team as a Fitness Specialist. The Fitness Specialist will assess, monitor, and develop individual fitness programs for residents.

Shift Schedule

Monday-Wednesday — 8:30AM-12:30PM

Thursday — 12:30PM-4:30PM
