Secretariat of the Pacific Community (SPC) in Noumea seeks a Projects Officer to provide implementation and financial support for the Pacific Fisheries Leadership Programme (PFLP). The role covers procurement, grants, budgeting and reporting across multiple programmes.

The successful candidate will work within SPC’s FAME division, coordinating with internal teams and external partners. The package includes housing support, relocation grants, and comprehensive staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting/financial management or business administration, or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Procurement and grants: manage requests for proposals, quotes and expressions of interest; ensure compliant evaluation processes.
• Budget and financial activities: monitor project budgets and prepare financial and narrative reports for SPC and donors.
