Job summary

Voodoo, based in Paris, seeks a Procurement Manager - FinOps to manage IT indirect procurement and cloud cost governance. You will own SaaS tools, licensing, data platforms, and external vendor relationships, leading cost optimizations across GCP and AWS with cross-functional teams.

You will build dashboards, run monthly reviews with Engineering and Finance, and drive renegotiations and savings through data-driven strategies. English required; French a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud cost management and FinOps practices.
• Ability to extract insights from raw billing exports autonomously.
• Strong negotiation skills with IT vendors and cloud providers.

Responsibilities

• Own IT indirect procurement including SaaS, licences, data platforms, observability tools and vendor relationships.
• Lead global negotiations on IT spend and drive cost savings with benchmarks.
• Own cloud cost visibility (GCP, AWS) with billing data, dashboards, and monthly cost reviews with Engineering and Finance.
• Develop data-driven cost reduction strategies by product and workload.
