Job summary

Voodoo, Paris-based consumer tech leader, is hiring a Finance Data Engineer to own the transformation of Finance data foundations, pipelines, and internal tooling. You will collaborate with Finance stakeholders and the central Data team to deliver reliable data solutions and scalable analytics.

You will build data models and dashboards, automate workflows, and push for robust data quality, observability, and security. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• Significant experience building production-grade data solutions and owning data pipelines.
• Strong understanding of data modeling for Finance, reporting, and forecasting.
• Fluent in French and English with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the roadmap for Finance data, automation, and internal tooling
• Build and progressively scale Voodoo's Finance data platform, prioritising high-value use cases
• Migrate critical data transformations from spreadsheets to code-based solutions
• Create reliable data models and pipelines for Finance reporting, analysis, forecasting, and operational processes
• Establish strong standards for data quality, observability, documentation, security, and access management
• Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Controlling, Treasury and other Finance stakeholders to translate needs into scalable technical solutions
• Collaborate with Data leadership and engineering teams to align on architecture, tooling, and best practices
• Build intuitive dashboards and internal applications for Finance teams to explore data and manage workflows
• Identify AI and automation opportunities, take them from prototype to production, and measure value
• Help Finance teams adopt data and AI tools through documentation, training, and day-to-day support
