Worldline is seeking a Finance Project Manager to drive multi-country finance transformations. You will lead Concur deployment, manage the SAP migration for the PayOne JV, and steer the S/4 + data lake rollout as the single billing tool across entities and platforms.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of finance project management experience in multinational settings, with SAP S/4HANA and Concur familiarity, strong stakeholder management, and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance project management within multinational organizations.

Responsabilités

• Lead project planning, milestones, and execution for Concur deployment in remaining countries.
• Coordinate with regional finance, IT, HR, and compliance for rollout and change management.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing activities.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with global policies.
• Deliver training materials, hypercare support, and post-implementation reviews.
• Functional PM for SAP migration (PayOne JV) with detailed plans and validation testing.
• Lead rollout of S/4 + data lake as single billing engine across entities.
• Define revenue recognition and intercompany billing rules.
