Wavestone in France seeks an IT Finance Manager to serve as Product Owner for Zenith, driving SAP S/4HANA finance transformation across 17 countries. You will lead complex projects, partner with business units, and optimize costs while ensuring smooth change management and adoption.

You will design international, scalable finance solutions, own the product backlog, and guide a ~10-person team in a multinational environment, promoting continuous improvement and cross-cultural collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading finance transformation projects and initiatives.
• Experience in finance SAP implementation and SAP S4/HANA finance (public cloud preferred).
• Ability to manage budgets and suppliers and to lead in an international context.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Product Owner roles.
• Excellent leadership and ability to motivate diverse teams.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
