Airbus Helicopters SAS is seeking a Finance Transformation Specialist - Reporting & Planning to join the Finance Department in Marignane, France. You will drive digital capabilities, optimize data analytics, and support end-to-end reporting and planning across the business.

The role requires leadership, international experience, and deep SAP/BI knowledge to deliver streamlined finance processes and robust governance. A strong change-management mindset is essential for successful adoption.

Qualifications

• University degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Experience leading large-scale finance transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and data analytics.

Responsabilités

• Support business analysis with advisory & innovation.
• Gather, analyze and document requirements via workshops and interviews.
• Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and reduce costs with SAP S4H, MDG, Celonis, BI, and RPA.
• Create functional specs and use cases to guide development.
• Analyze financial data to uncover trends and define data/reporting needs.
• Define and execute UAT using JIRA.
• Lead project planning, portfolio management and budgeting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams in an Agile Scrum environment.
• Drive change management and end-user adoption.
