Qualifications
- Leads business analysis and requirements gathering for finance transformations.
- Performs process optimization to streamline financial workflows and reduce costs.
- Defines data needs, dashboards, and simulations for decision support.
- Owns UAT activities using JIRA to ensure all business requirements are met.
- Manages change and supports business adoption of new digital tools and processes.
- Leads cross-functional teams and drives project planning, prioritization and governance.
- Supports portfolio management and risk mitigation across finance transformation initiatives.

- Coordinate with finance, IT and business stakeholders to design optimal solutions.
- Document functional specifications and use cases for development teams.
