Alstom is seeking a Transformation Manager for Reporting & Closing in Île-de-France. You will drive automation of cash reporting from SAP data, lead FP&A initiatives, and coordinate the Nov@ project to unify consolidation, planning, and management reporting. Strong finance experience and SAP/BI skills are essential.

You will collaborate with global finance teams, manage master data, and guide changes in SAP/Orchestra tools while supporting closing activities with analytical insights.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance required.
• 10+ years of finance experience, FP&A, closing processes.
• Experience with financial systems (SAP FICO, BI, reporting tools).
• Proficient in English and French, professional level.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate cash reporting automation project based on SAP data.
• Lead the consolidation, reporting and planning tools replacement as FP&A expert.
• Support closing activities and manage master data for Finance projects.
• Interface with central, regional, site teams and IS&T.
• Define requirements, validate IT solutions, and drive testing.
• Provide training and documentation for finance processes.
