Job summary

FORVIA is seeking a senior leader to set up and drive crossfunctional carve-out projects. You will establish project plans, organize internal and external resources, and monitor execution to ensure milestones and deliverables are met.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive project management experience, and proven change management and communication skills within the automotive sector or related consultancy. You will collaborate with M&A and legal teams to align on TSA/SLA frameworks.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership with experience in leading complex carve-out projects.
• Very good project management skills.
• 7 years experience in automotive industry or consultancy in a senior leadership role.
• Strong change management competence.
• Strong communication competence.

Your Mission, Roles And Responsibilities

Setting-up and leading crossfunctional carve-out projects

• establish Separation DD-Report in coordination with external consultants and coordination with M&A team (if applicable)
• set-up project-plan for the carve-out (milestones, deliverables, interdependencies,costs,...)
• set-up project-organisation (internal resources / external resources)

Accountable for managing the execution of the project plan for the carve-out

• drive and monitor the project-execution as of the project-plan
• solve conflicts and escalate if necessary
• define and establish TSA 's / SLA's …

Interfaces

• close collaboration with M&A team & legal-team related to the carve-out project
