Job summary

FORVIA is seeking a senior leader to drive complex carve-out initiatives in a dynamic mobility technology environment. You will set up project governance, coordinate internal and external resources, and work closely with M&A and legal teams to ensure successful execution.

Responsibilities

• Set up and lead crossfunctional carve-out projects with external consultants and M&A team
• Create project plan with milestones, deliverables, interdependencies and costs
• Organize project resources (internal and external) and governance structure
• Establish TSA/SLA definitions and reporting systems
• Manage project execution, monitor progress and escalate conflicts as needed
• Interface closely with M&A and legal teams on the carve-out
• Ensure seamless coordination and governance across all workstreams

Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Setting-up and leading crossfunctional carve-out projects

• establish Separation DD-Report in coordination with external consultants and coordination with M&A team (if applicable)
• set-up project-plan for the carve-out (milestones, deliverables, interdependencies,costs,...)
• set-up project-organisation (internal resources / external resources)
• set-up project governance-model including reporting system

Accountable for managing the execution of the project plan for the carve-out

• drive and monitor the project-execution as of the project-plan
• solve conflicts and elevate if necessary
• define and establish TSA 's / SLA's ...

Interfaces:

• close collaboration with M&A team & legal-team related to the carve-out project
