Pigment, a leader in AI-powered finance platforms, is hiring a Finance Systems Engineer in France. You will design automated data pipelines, model internal accounting and RevOps processes, and scale our ERP architecture. The role blends accounting logic with systems engineering and AI tooling in a hybrid setup.

You will bridge policy translation to scalable data flows, deploy AI agents, and collaborate with FP&A Modeling to maintain a unified data dictionary as Pigment grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level in engineering or data/BI oriented field; strong finance exposure.
• Advanced SQL and data manipulation skills; experience with multidimensional models.
• Experience with AI/LLM prompts and automating processes via APIs.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, P&L, and cash flows.

Responsabilités

• Architect and optimize multidimensional models and data flows for accounting, cash management and RevOps.
• Translate policies into scalable data pipelines and revenue recognition logic.
• Map data between upstream systems and ERP (NetSuite) ensuring a single truth source.
• Build automated reporting agents using AI capabilities and prompt engineering.
• Support governance, documentation, and cross-functional data dictionary efforts.
