Camino Search is partnering with a private equity-backed technology platform to appoint an Interim Finance Director for a 6‑month assignment. You will own consolidated financial reporting and professionalise reporting processes at group level across international entities.

You will support the CFO with refining controls and implementing a new ERP system, leading reporting transformations, and liaising with external auditors to ensure timely, accurate information for strategic decision‑making.

• Proven background in multi-entity reporting with attention to detail and tight deadlines.

Camino Search is currently working with a leading private equity-backed technology platform seeking an experienced Interim Finance Director to join the business on an interim basis for 6 months.

Within this role, you will take ownership of all consolidated financial reporting and professionalise reporting processes for the business. This is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful financial information that supports strategic decision‑making at the group level across several international entities

As well as reporting ownership, you will be supporting the Group CFO with refining controls and processes, as well as refining the use of a new ERP system

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated accounts
• Own statutory reporting, ensuring full compliance with local GAAP
• Drive continuous improvement across reporting processes, systems, and controls
• Oversee treasury function and cash management
• Oversee group-wide financial governance and balance sheet reports
• Partner with senior leadership to provide high‑quality analysis and comment
• Support key finance transformation initiatives
• Support ERP implementation
• Manage relationships with external auditors and key finance stakeholders

About You

• Qualified accountant, practice preference
• Strong technical accounting and consolidation experience
• Proven background in group reporting within a multi‑entity environment
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines
• Confident communicator with strong leadership capacity
