Voodoo is seeking a Senior Finance Data & Systems Analyst – Pigment Lead to own the Pigment platform and drive data, automation, and AI initiatives across FP&A and Accounting. You will reduce external dependencies, build a strategic Pigment roadmap, and partner with finance leaders to consolidate reporting.

You will design budgeting processes, evolve Pigment use cases, implement governance, and lead dashboard development to ensure data quality and accessibility.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Finance Data, FP&A, or Finance Systems roles.
• Hands-on experience with a Pigment rollout or run, or a similar EPM tool (Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, Hyperion, etc.) - strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to internalize a tool previously managed by an external service provider
• Comfortable working with FP&A, Accounting, and Data/IT stakeholders alike
• Some experience with SQL or Python and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
• Genuine enthusiasm for applying AI to Finance, including no-code/low-code tools, agents, and LLMs
• Ability to structure a data governance approach at the scale of a Finance function
• Familiarity with accounting close processes is a plus
• Prior mentoring experience (junior analyst, intern, or apprentice) is a plus
• Fluent in both French and English

• Own Pigment rollout and internal usage, reducing external dependencies.

• Design budgeting process in Pigment with governance, workflow and calendar.
• Collaborate with leaders to evolve Pigment use cases for Accounting close.
• Establish data governance and controls, single source of truth.
• Lead data/automation projects beyond Pigment for finance performance.
• Deploy AI agents to replace manual processes and improve efficiency.
• Build priority dashboards (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) with consistency.
• Develop training materials and support processes for finance team.
• Mentor junior analysts and interns in Pigment, data, and reporting.
