Clariant SE is seeking a Strategic & Operational Finance Partner for France and BeNeLux. You will manage cost and operational control, develop and analyse financial performance, and support planning and monitoring for multiple entities.

The role involves working closely with site managers and senior management to drive profitability. The ideal candidate has a Master’s in Finance and 5+ years in a similar role, strong Excel and SAP ERP skills, and a fluent English speaker.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting or related field with 5+ years in a similar role.
• Meticulous and well-organised with strong analytical and summarising skills.
• Good command of English; experience liaising with operational management.
• Proficient IT skills and knowledge of SAP ERP.

Responsabilités

• Act as centre of excellence for cost and operational control.
• Analyse production costs, stock valuation and site performance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and variances for France and Benelux.
• Prepare monthly management reports and notes to the accounts.
• Support audits and coordinate ERP developments (SAP).
