Newell Brands is seeking a Controlling Manager to partner with Commercial teams (Sales & Marketing) in France-Benelux, driving profitability and strategic decision-making.

You will lead performance management, provide high-quality P&L insights, and guide forecasting with tools like SAP, AFO, and Power BI. Fluent in English and French, you will manage one direct report and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Controlling / Commercial Finance
• Strong exposure to FMCG/retail environments
• Ability to translate numbers into business insights and actions
• Fluent in English and French (oral and written)
• Hands-on, proactive, and results-driven
• Strong communicator with senior stakeholders

Responsabilités

• Lead monthly closing for channel/segment with variance analysis
• Deliver high-quality P&L reporting and insights
• Track KPIs and drive action plans
• Support pricing, promotions, and negotiations via financial analysis
• Monitor accruals and balance sheet related to commercial activities
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams
