Job summary

Mirakl’s FP&A team seeks a Finance Analyst Intern in Paris for a 6‑month program starting January 2027. The role involves driving monthly revenue closings, building insightful reports, and supporting performance analyses across the business units.

You will deploy new tools, document onboarding, and experiment with AI to automate tasks. Fluent French and professional English are required, with proficient Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bac+5 program (engineering school, business school, university Master’s in Finance, IEP, or equivalent).
• Experience with numbers and presenting data clearly is expected.
• Interest in e-commerce, tech, and AI-driven innovation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly closing tasks on revenue scope and prepare management presentations for the monthly business and profitability review.
• Support controllers by analyzing commercial performance, revenue trends, and development team costs; build reports and KPIs.
• Contribute to deployment of new financial tools and processes from testing to onboarding documentation.
• Integrate AI into daily workflows by building agents that automate recurring tasks and boost productivity.
• Gain broad FP&A exposure by supporting multiple controllers across topics and business areas.

Finance Analyst Intern - January 2027

1. The Team You’ll Join

You’ll be part of our Financial Planning & Analytics (FP&A) team led by Anastasia Derly, FP&A Director. The team consists of 8 people covering Mirakl’s global financial performance. Together, you’ll be driving financial insight and strategic decision-making by turning data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.

2. Your Impact

• Own monthly closing tasks on revenue scope and prepare management presentations for the monthly business and profitability review, including revenue analysis by cohorts
• Support business controllers by conducting analyses on commercial performance, revenue trends, and development team costs , and building reports and KPIs to address recurring questions
• Contribute to the deployment of new financial tools and processes — from testing phases through to writing user onboarding documentation
• Integrate AI into daily workflows by building agents that automate recurring tasks and boost team productivity
• Gain broad exposure to the FP&A function by supporting multiple controllers across a variety of topics and business areas

3. What You’ll Bring to the Role

Experience:

• Currently enrolled in a Bac+5 program (engineering school, business school, university Master’s in Finance, IEP, or equivalent)
• Demonstrated comfort working with numbers and producing clear, structured data presentations
• Previous exposure to management control, financial analysis, or a similar analytical environment is a plus
• Strong interest in e-commerce, tech, and AI-driven innovation

• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and modelling
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, accessible presentations
• Stakeholder communication and active listening skills, including in an international context
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
