A leading FinTech company in France is searching for an Accounting Manager to manage the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions and the Procure to Pay process. Applicants should have over 4 years of experience in a similar role, along with fluency in French and English, and solid knowledge of French GAAP. Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in a similar role or in an Accounting firm.
• Excellent accounting knowledge and proven experience with French GAAP.
• Experience in IFRS and consolidated reporting is a plus.

• Business or university degree in accounting, management, or economics

Responsabilités

• Preparing statutory and consolidated GL accounts under French GAAP (PCG) and IFRS.
• Coordinating the accounting and month-end closing process.
• Ensuring accurate and timely closing of the books for reporting.
• Driving reporting process improvements through automation.
• Own the Procure to Pay process
• Participate in annual and interim audits
• Deliver advice on accounting and reporting issues

As an Accounting Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, effective reconciliation of accounts and seamless Procure to Pay process.

This role is critical in maintaining financial accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Preparing statutory and consolidated GL accounts in Oracle NetSuite under French GAAP (PCG) and IFRS
• Coordinating the accounting and month-end closing process (accounting for Spanish and Portuguese entities is externalized)
• Ensuring accurate and timely closing of the books for monthly and annual reporting
• Driving reporting process improvements through automation and controls
• Own the Procure to Pay process
• Participating in annual and interim audits
• Delivering advice on accounting and reporting issues
