Qualifications

• Doctorate (Academic) Degree, Master's Level Degree with 3 years experience, or Bachelor's Level Degree with 5 years experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot software, electronics, optics, and mechanical systems.

Responsabilités

• Update, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex equipment at customer sites.
• Represent the company and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assure operational quality of system equipment.
• Coordinate actions with customers to minimize downtime.
• Assist Installation Engineers with problem resolution.
