We are seeking a highly motivated System Engineer to join our Engineering team. In this role, you will drive the specification, definition, integration, and optimization of complex mechatronic and optical systems for advanced semiconductor metrology applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that system-level requirements are met throughout the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities include defining and managing system-level requirements, specifications, and architectures for metrology and inspection machines. You will lead system integration and validation activities, ensuring optimal performance of mechanical, electrical, optical, and software subsystems. You will perform system analysis and modeling to predict performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize designs. You will collaborate with R&D, software, hardware, and application engineers to ensure smooth development and deployment. You will support the V-cycle development in the company's development department. You will assist in root cause analysis and troubleshooting during development and during customer ramp-up phases. Finally, you will drive continuous improvement in system design, reliability, and manufacturability.
