Teradyne's PTG Service in Suresnes, France is seeking a Service Engineer who will provide technical support to customers and field teams on-site or via phone/email, install new test systems and upgrades, and troubleshoot and repair at customer sites.

The role requires travel, fluency in English and French, and an associate degree in electronics/mechatronics with related experience. Driving license and self-driven problem-solving mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or technical schooling in Electronics/Mechatronics.
• Diploma in Electronics/Mechatronics or equivalent education.
• 2 years of customer-support experience, ideally in ATE.
• MS OS and Office 365 knowledge.
• Solid, structured approach to problem solving.
• Self-driven to pursue technical knowledge for the job.
• Car driving license.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support to customers and field team either on-site or through phone or email.
• Install new test systems and upgrades, including options and software upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and repair systems at customer site.
• Provide remote assistance for troubleshooting and repair.
• Participate in cost reduction and productivity improvement programs.
• Assist peers on call services where necessary.
