Ingersoll Rand Air Solutions Hibon in Wasquehal, France, is seeking a Service Engineer to work on rotating equipment (blowers, compressors, vacuum systems) with a strong mechanical focus and hands-on diagnostics.

You will develop service contracts, drive recurring revenue, perform field interventions on site, diagnose issues, write detailed reports, and build trusted relationships with customers to optimize equipment performance.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in an industrial environment, ideally with rotating equipment.
• Experience in service contracts or technical service sales is an advantage.
• Professional level of English required.
• Willingness to travel frequently.

Responsabilités

• Technical Expertise & Field Interventions (Mechanical focus).
• Perform commissioning of equipment on site.
• Diagnose and resolve failures with a mechanical focus.
• Analyze machine performance and thermodynamics to optimize installations.
• Write detailed technical reports.
• Develop recurring revenue streams and service contracts.
• Promote and sell services: maintenance, spare parts, retrofits, upgrades.
• Build and deploy maintenance contracts and customer relationships.
