Ingersoll Rand Air Solutions Hibon in Wasquehal seeks an experienced Project Manager ETO to lead engineered blower systems and customized packages from handover to customer acceptance and close-out.

You will interface with a multidisciplinary team, manage budgets and risk, and drive on-time delivery across international markets including processing, wastewater, and petrochemical applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Process, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years of PM experience in engineered industrial equipment or EPC environments.
• Experience leading Engineer-to-Order projects with international customers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of contracts, P&IDs, BOMs, I&T plans, and project documentation.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end ETO projects from sales handover through close-out and customer acceptance.
• Establish execution plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and reporting cadence.
• Act as primary customer contact and lead kick-off meetings and progress reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities (Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance).
• Monitor cost, margin, revenue, cash collection, and forecast accuracy; take recovery actions as needed.
• Manage scope changes, variation orders, and claims to protect schedule and profitability.
• Coordinate supplier and subcontractor execution against cost, quality, and delivery commitments.
• Support design reviews, customer approvals, inspections, and factory acceptance testing.
• Ensure compliance with policies, EHS, quality processes and governance.
