Stalks N Spice is seeking a Field Sales Executive to expand our retail presence across the assigned territory. You will visit retail outlets, build strong relationships with store owners, and ensure our premium spices and food products reach more customers.

You will conduct daily retail visits, optimize product visibility, collect orders, and strive to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets while staying aligned with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years in field sales, preferably in FMCG or food products.
• Good verbal communication in local language and English.
• Own two-wheeler with valid driving license.
• Familiarity with the assigned area and retail landscape.
• Self-motivated with a passion for meeting sales targets.

Responsabilités

• Visit assigned retail stores, supermarkets, and grocery outlets daily.
• Ensure optimal product visibility and shelf placement.
• Collect orders from retailers and ensure timely processing.
• Build and maintain relationships with store owners and managers.
• Gather feedback on competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Aim to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the territory.
