ServiceMaster Restoration Services is seeking a Field Operations Supervisor to lead restoration teams on disaster projects, train staff, and ensure quality workmanship and safety on site.

The role requires 5+ years in the industry, strong problem-solving skills, and certification readiness. It involves travel to active jobsites, on-call duties, and collaboration with clients throughout the restoration process.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Organizational skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Analytical thinking and high emotional intelligence.
• Fluent in industry standards and protocols.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.

Responsabilités

• Lead and perform restoration tasks such as water extraction, drying, decontamination, and repair according to industry best practices and project specifications.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to new hires and existing staff to ensure optimal performance.
• Regularly inspect work sites and processes to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Communicate directly with clients to explain the restoration process, address concerns, and provide regular updates on project progress.
• Operate and maintain restoration equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition and used safely.
• Coordinate internal and external resources for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensures OSHA safety standards on job sites.
• Actively participates in the on-call schedule.
• Produce required paperwork to accurately estimate including daily sign in sheets, photos, job notes, and moisture readings.
• Other duties as assigned or apparent.
