Databricks is seeking a Field Engineering Manager to lead a team of pre-sales Solutions Architects and Solutions Engineers across the UAE market. You will coach sales and pre-sales to work together, craft value-based strategies, and influence large enterprise deals.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Partners to drive revenue, recruit top talent, and build a customer-obsessed culture while representing the Databricks brand in key accounts and leadership forums.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team of Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS professionals.
• Experience in consumption-based business environments.
• Mentoring and scaling technical teams.
• Ability to partner with Sales and cross-functional leaders.
