Parallel is seeking a Field Deployment Engineer to technically lead end-to-end deployments of AI, RPA, and computer-use solutions in healthcare facilities around Paris. You will be the interface between the Parallel platform and clients, understanding each site’s IT infrastructure and adapting the platform to interfaces, security, and on-prem constraints.

You’ll work hands-on to unblock projects, document deployment standards, and help teams adopt the new tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong in Node.js, TypeScript (NestJS, Express, Prisma, Postgres) and React (TanStack, Tailwind).
• Experience with LLMs and AI agents (LangChain, Hugging Face) and client-facing roles.
• Comfort working directly with clients in complex environments.

Responsabilités

• Successful deployments at client sites.
• Technical adaptations and integrations tailored to each facility.
• Rapid upskilling on AI stacks, RPA/computer use, interoperability, and on-prem infrastructure.
• Identification and resolution of technical and organizational blockers.
• Clients supported through change management and able to use Parallel effectively.
• Progressive definition of deployment standards.
