MSX International is seeking a Technical Delegate (Automotive) to execute on-site and remote missions across Europe, reducing vehicle downtime and backlog. You will diagnose complex faults, use OEM tools like wiTECH POD and DiagBOX VCI, and translate findings into actionable repair methods and training for technicians.

The role requires strong understanding of modern automotive systems, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to work in diverse markets while upholding safety and quality

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive technical support, diagnostics, or field service across multiple markets.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of electrical/electronic faults and drivability issues using OEM tools.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and coaching technicians.

Responsabilités

• Execute field and remote missions to support dealerships and repairers across Europe.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical incidents on customer vehicles.
• Interpret wiring diagrams, service manuals, and bulletins to define repair methods.
• Produce clear incident reports and action plans for stakeholders.
• Coordinate and coach multidisciplinary teams and deliver on-the-job training.
