Job summary

IXO Inc. is evaluating the quality of AI-written advocacy by examining how arguments, authority, and facts persuade a judge beyond simply reaching a correct conclusion. The role involves drafting simulated motions, briefs and litigation-strategy responses, and critiquing AI advocacy for framing, use of authority, organisation, and persuasive judgment.

Remote, part-time engagement. Pay ranges from $158 to $315 per hour. All amounts are in USD; rates and scope are agreed before work begins.

Qualifications

• Substantial federal civil-litigation experience covering motions, briefing and strategy.
• At least three successful federal civil motions, supported by court orders or docket evidence.
• Excellent legal writing, analytical judgment and ability to turn criticism into actionable feedback.
• Experience collaborating across disciplines.
