Job summary

IXO Inc. is seeking qualified professionals to evaluate simulated M&A negotiations and redlines. You will explain risk, assess drafting choices, and help build objective grading criteria for AI-generated outputs.

This remote, part-time role expects about 3.5 hours per task, with fees agreed before work begins. Candidates should hold an ABA-accredited JD and be admitted in at least one US jurisdiction, with at least two years in an M&A practice and familiarity with asset- and share-purchase

• Familiarity with asset-purchase and share-purchase agreements.
• Strong analytical writing and cross-disciplinary collaboration experience.
