Job summary

Mistral is hiring a Head of FDE Learning Programs to build the learning system for a fast-growing area of the organization. You will scale capabilities rapidly, from the first dedicated owner to several hundred Deployment Strategists and Applied AI Engineers, without compromising customer-ready standards.

You will lead learning content, onboarding paths, and bootcamps across technical and strategic domains, working with Product, Engineering, and regional teams to ensure consistent readiness

Qualifications

• Experience building learning or capability functions for technical orgs.
• Ability to design programs that work across cohorts, regions, and levels.
• Proven track record leading and scaling learning initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap, curriculum, contributor model, regional delivery, tools, and metrics.
• Build onboarding paths from first week to independent customer work.
• Create technical and strategic bootcamps for customer-facing teams.
• Scale programs for hundreds of Deployment Strategists and Applied AI Engineers.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Science, People, and regional leads.
