Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering is required.
• Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.

• Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
• Interest in and knowledge of Micron is preferred.
• Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and AI literacy for research, analysis, content creation, problem-solving, and operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and physical failure analysis for device anomalies, customer returns, and qualification failures.
• Apply advanced FA tools including FIB/EDX, SEM, Ion Millers, CSAM, X-ray, Emmi systems, micro-prober and bench tester.
• Analyze test data failures using Bash/Python scripting in a Unix environment.
• Analyze electrical signatures and physical defects to resolve failure mechanisms.
• Collaborate with process owners and Product teams to drive improvement actions.
• Develop and implement new FA techniques to reduce turnaround time and enhance accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and embrace standards for FA workflows.
• Prepare detailed FA reports and maintain traceability.
