Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical or related).
• 0–3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, lab, or test environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a quality and safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support the reliability stress tests (HAST, Temperature Cycle, HTS, THS, and Moisture Soak) & semiconductor electrical test operations per SOPs.
• Troubleshoot process or equipment issues using DOE & analysis.
• Maintain equipment, ensuring readiness, uptime, and safety standards.
• Support lot movement and ensure smooth process flow across operations to meet TAT requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, calibration, and service activities.
• Assist in material handling and inventory control to ensure availability of consumables and test materials.
• Support shipping and logistics operations to ensure timely movement and on-time delivery.
• Leverage AI to automate reporting, dashboards, and workflow approvals; integrate AI with lab systems (Power BI, SharePoint).
