Job summary

Micron in France is seeking an NVM QRA Engineer in Global Quality to lead electrical failure analysis and data analysis of 3D NAND memory devices. You will develop qualification plans and risk assessments to sustain and improve memory quality.

You will coordinate with R&D and Product Engineering, perform failure analyses on rejects, and drive corrective and preventive actions. AI tools will be leveraged to automate reporting and root cause analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience in QA or Product engineering in the semiconductor industry is preferred.
• Experience in failure analysis is a plus.
• Experience applying AI tools to improve engineering productivity or reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define NAND qualification plan.
• Facilitate and manage qualification.
• Perform qualification test data analysis and risk assessment at all decision points.
• Perform failure analysis on rejects to identify failure modes and mechanisms for corrective actions.
• Coordinate with R&D and Product Engineering to address reliability issues and assess customer risk.
• Leverage AI tools to automate reporting, defect classification, or root cause analysis.
