Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a PFA/EFA Technician to provide comprehensive failure analysis support across NPI, qualifications, and high-volume manufacturing. You will analyze data, troubleshoot, and collaborate with partners to drive root-cause identification and lot disposition decisions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in test failure analysis, lab environment or manufacturing troubleshooting is a strong advantage.
• Excellent data handling, diagnostic tools proficiency and structured problem solving in a cross-functional team.
• Must be willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Extract, interpret, and analyze test data to support SBL-triggered investigations.
• Execute and follow up on FA actions (EFA/PFA) to determine disposition paths.
• Communicate lot dispositions clearly to stakeholders for quality control.
• Maintain knowledge of test processes, equipment, systems, and product behavior for accurate decision-making.
• Document deviations and observations with traceability in the quality system.
