Wealth Enhancement is seeking a Facilities Specialist for a fully remote role with up to 40% travel, primarily east coast locations preferred. Base salary ranges from $79,200 to $110,900 with eligibility for annual bonuses.

Qualifications

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; to communicate effectively and work with internal and external resources.
  • Excellent organization and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work flow and projects and use judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Supervise construction, equipment installation, renovation and redesigning projects ensuring that timing, costs and contract requirements are met.
  • Provide recommendations to senior management for design changes, equipment specifications/substitutions, purchasing and accounting procedures.

  • Estimate project expenses for initial planning of various size Facilities projects.
  • Collect branch office feedback and create resolution plan recommendations for Senior management review.
  • Building and Vendor Management: Serve as the liaison between WEG and building management at each location.
  • Work with vendors to ensure expectations of work is completed to our standards.
  • Establish and maintain relationship with vendors.
  • Act as purchasing agent with vendors.

Facilities Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Specialist! This position plans and manages the space planning needs in WEG’s corporate and branch offices. Primary functions include; planning and renovation management; vendor management; supporting day-to-day Facilities operations.

This is a fully remote position with up to 40% travel. Candidates located on the east coast are strongly preferred.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $80,000.00 to $85,000.00, exclusive of bonuses and benefits. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus.

Primary Job Functions

Facility project planning; expansion and renovation management

  • Plan, coordinate and oversee new branch build outs and openings
  • Plan, coordinate and oversee branch office relocations/expansions/renovations
  • Project post implementation review on facilities projects
  • Support and improve branch office space utilization efficiency

Establish processes and communications on facilities activities

Education/Qualifications
  • PMP certification, preferred with 3+ years facilities planning or project management experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; to communicate effectively and work with internal and external resources
  • Excellent organization and problem solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize work flow and projects and use judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to lead and direct the work of others
  • Offer professional input concerning design, construction, development, or installation, familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Supervise construction, equipment installation, renovation and redesigning projects ensuring that timing, costs and contract requirements are met
  • Provide recommendations to senior management for design changes, equipment specifications/substitutions, purchasing and accounting procedures
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office and other software as required
  • Up to 40% travel required

WEG hires employees and makes decisions about their salary qualifications based on factors such as the role to be performed; educational and professional experience, qualifications, skills and credentials; tenure, cost-of-living and demand for the role in the applicable market. To comply with state, pay transparency laws, we must disclose the entire salary grade. The entire salary grade for those who are classified as this career level is $79,200.00 to $110,900.00. However, the base salary range bolded above is what we expect to pay as a starting range for this position.
