Hype Eats, an independent F&B group in Île-de-France, seeks a hands-on intern to support day-to-day operations across procurement, inventory, logistics, finance, HR and administration. Based in Malakoff, you will work closely with the Director on real projects and get exposure to multiple concepts within the group.

The 6-month paid internship starts in November 2026 with a potential CDI conversion for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and/or English.
• Strong Excel skills and comfortable working with numbers.
• Logical and structured, with excellent attention to detail.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Final-year student or recent graduate preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate information and follow-ups across different operational activities.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain inventory tracking and reporting.
• Assist with demand planning and forecasting of raw material requirements.
• Coordinate purchasing, suppliers, orders and merchandise.
• Support logistics, deliveries, shipping and import‑related administration.
• Prepare and maintain operational, purchasing and inventory reports.
• Assist with invoicing and accounts receivable tracking.
• Support bookkeeping administration and accurate data recording.
• Assist with payroll tracking, staff scheduling and HR administration.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings and administrative matters for the Director.
• Provide translation and communication support when required (FR/EN/CN/JP).
• Assist in preparing operational procedures and training materials.
• Support new projects and other operational needs as they arise.
