Banco Santander SA’s Corporate & Investment Banking division in Paris seeks an Associate / Vice President - Export & Agency Finance to originate and structure ECA-backed financing for French, Benelux and Irish clients.

You will lead term sheet negotiations, prepare credit memos, coordinate with ECAs and multilaterals, and guide junior team members while delivering complex transactions up to financial close in a risk-aware, client-focused manner.

Qualifications

5/7+ years of experience in export finance, structured trade, project finance, or corporate banking.
Proven experience with ECAs and agency-backed financing structures.
Knowledge of BPIAE, Credendo and Atradius desirable.

Responsabilités

Identify and originate ECA-backed and agency financing opportunities across dedicated sectors and clients.
Lead term sheet negotiation and prepare credit memos and internal approvals.
Support end-to-end execution up to financial close for complex ECA and agency-backed transactions.
Mentor junior team members and analysts.
Monitor portfolio performance and manage client relationships.
