HCLTech seeks an Expert MS Exchange to join our team at a client’s facility in Paris, 4 days onsite and 1 day remote. The role focuses on senior-level expertise in Microsoft Exchange and Messaging within a large international transformation, securing and evolving hybrid environments (On-Premise and Online).

Responsibilities include leadership on Exchange infrastructures, security, hybrid migrations, incident management, PowerShell automation, and technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Microsoft Exchange Online and On-Premise (Exchange 2016/2019, DAG).
• Proven experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure integrations; Windows Server admin; PowerShell scripting.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical leadership on Exchange and Messaging infrastructures (Online and On‑Prem hybrid).
• Ensure security, compliance, and hardening of messaging services.
• Contribute to transformation and migration projects, including hybrid evolutions.
• Manage day-to-day operations (MCO), incidents, service requests, and changes.
• Perform impact analysis, CAB submissions, and rollback planning.
• Deliver Level 3/4 support on Exchange and Messaging components.
• Maintain and automate environments using PowerShell scripting.
• Produce technical documentation and regular activity reports.
• Collaborate with international teams and participate in governance meetings.
